Guide
==========

1. Forward port 80 if you haven't already.

2. Download the "Xampplite Web Server" and install it. During the installation it will ask for what features to install. Just choose "Apache" and install.

3. Once it's done, go to C:\Program Files\xampplite\htdocs.

4. Open up "test.rar" and extract the 2 files (index.php & funcs.inc.php) into that folder.

5. Go to http://70.81.16.104 to test your port 80 and register an account =P. Then I'll register and we can test the server.
